Adhesive Type Lamellae Used in Treatment Plants
Adhesive type lamellae are inclined plate systems used in water and wastewater treatment plants, specifically designed to enhance sedimentation efficiency. Lamella placement systems stand out for requiring less space and providing higher efficiency compared to conventional settling tanks. Adhesive type lamellae are generally made of PVC or polypropylene (PP) materials and are assembled at the desired angle using special adhesives.
Working Principle: Lamellae are typically thin plates placed at a 60° angle. With this configuration, the horizontal flow of water is directed upward along the inclined surfaces of the lamellae. During this process, suspended solids in the water collide with the lamella surfaces and settle rapidly. This reduces the settling time and increases the system's hydraulic capacity.

PVC Lamella and Frame Manufacturing with Adhesive Method
Industrial Strength, Precision Manufacturing
Our company manufactures high-strength PVC lamella and frame systems using ultrasonic welding technology. Compared to traditional adhesive methods, it offers much more durable and long-lasting connections.
Ultrasonic welding bonds PVC materials using vibration energy instead of heat. This method ensures both leak-tightness and high mechanical strength.
Areas of Application
- Lamella settling systems in wastewater treatment plants
- Partitioning systems in chemical process tanks
